Please Note
Admission to other grades will be applicable based on the age-limit to Grade I.
Preference will be given to the students from the neighborhood, siblings of the students and those who are transferred from one state to another.
| Steps | Procedure |

| Step 1 | Parents who are desirous of admitting their children to BGS PS can fill in the enquiry form either online on the school website or at the school front desk. |
| Step 2 | The prospective parents are given a school tour, if they are interested and will be briefed on the school processes. A presentation on the school policies and facilities will be given to all the parents to gain a better understanding of the school. |
| Step 3 | If they wish to proceed with the admission, they are requested to submit the application either online or by collecting the same from the school front desk. The cost of the application is Rs. 1000 which is non-refundable. Registrations are open from 6th October 2022. |
| Step 4 | Along with the application, it is mandatory to attach the following documents. i) A copy of the Date of birth certificate of the child and the original document for verification ii) A copy of the student’s Aadhar card iii) A copy of the Aadhar card of the parents iv) A copy of address proof (A copy of Aadhar card/Sale deed/rental agreement/Passport) v) A copy of the caste certificate (in case of SC/ST/OBC) vi) Two recent passport size photographs of the student vii) One passport size photograph of the father and the mother. viii) Progress report (For Grades VI and above, the progress reports of the consecutive three years must be submitted). ix) Transfer Certificate from the previous school. |
